On June 13, 2026, Jiangxi Kvvit Pharmaceuticals Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of QF Pharmaceutical Group, officially signed a commercial cooperation agreement with Tasco Pharma, the pharmaceutical arm of Vietnam’s Tasco Group, for the commercialization of ten pharmaceutical products of Kvvit Pharmaceuticals in the Vietnamese market. Under the agreement, Kvvit Pharmaceutical, as a subsidiary of the Group, will act as the drug registration applicant and marketing authorization holder; Tasco Pharma will serve as the exclusive commercial distributor, taking full charge of the import, promotion and sales of the products throughout Vietnam. This collaboration marks the official transition of QF Pharmaceutical Group’s international business from overseas distribution agency to independent operation of core offshore businesses, laying a solid foundation for the Group to develop a pilot base for self-operated branded generics across ASEAN.
The ten contracted products mainly target the oncology and central nervous system (CNS) therapeutic areas, representing a key step for QF Pharmaceutical Group in pushing its branded generic drugs into global markets. Leveraging the Group’s in-house R&D and manufacturing capabilities, Kvvit Pharmaceuticals will complete drug registration filings in Vietnam as the marketing authorization holder; Tasco Pharma, backed by its well-established commercial network in the Vietnamese pharmaceutical market, will handle the localized import, market promotion, and end-user sales of the products. The two parties will complement each other’s strengths to deliver more accessible, affordable and high-quality medicines to patients and medical institutions in Vietnam.
Ms. Dam Thuy, Board Member of Tasco Group, expressed high expectations for the collaboration. She stated, "Tasco Pharma is prioritizing local production of oncology and CNS drugs as well as the introduction of innovative medicines from abroad. Strategic collaboration with outstanding Chinese pharmaceutical enterprises will greatly accelerate this progress."
"Vietnam records one of the fastest-growing economic growth rates in ASEAN and acts as a strategic hub for localized marketing in QF Pharmaceutical Group’s global expansion drive. Committed to developing branded generic oncology drugs, the Group looks forward to in-depth cooperation with leading local pharmaceutical firms like Tasco Pharma to effectively connect high-quality medicines with local clinical needs,” noted Mr. Wei Dong, Vice President of Kvvit Pharmaceuticals.

Furthermore, the two parties reached a full consensus on Phase II local production plans at the signing event. They agreed to follow Vietnam’s national policies and adopt a cooperation framework featuring localized production in Vietnam and research & development in China. Moving forward amid rising market demand, the two sides will deepen joint development efforts to steadily expand pharmaceutical offerings across the ASEAN region.
Since the establishment of its International Business Center in February 2025, QF Pharmaceutical Group has signed agreements for over 30 overseas agency markets. The signing of this self-operation agreement covering ten products in Vietnam not only elevates the company’s international business from pure product licensing to branded and localized self-operation, but also sets a benchmark for replicating this business model in more ASEAN markets in the future.
