Three Production Bases
Kvvit Pharmaceutical • Chemical Drug Industrial Base
Covering an area of 306,666 square meters with a total construction area of 300,000 square meters, the base is built to meet US FDA and EU EMA standards. The production process is highly automated and intelligent, featuring both continuous and flexible production capabilities. Annual production capacity includes 4.5 billion tablets, 1 billion capsules, 300 million sterile injections, and 300 million oral liquids. It is one of the largest, highest-standard, and most comprehensive biopharmaceutical industrial bases in Central China.
Qingfeng Pharmaceutical • Traditional Chinese Medicine Production Base
The production base covers an area of nearly 100,000 square meters and includes production workshops for small-volume injections, oral solids, and oral liquids. It has the capacity to produce over 100 specifications of seven major dosage forms, including injections, tablets, and hard capsules.
Shanxiang Pharmaceutical • Special Dosage Form Production Base
Covering an area of over 66,666 square meters, the base undertakes the commercial production of the group's special dosage forms, including controlled-release oral tablets, capsules, and granules. The facility is equipped with modern production workshops and inspection equipment, all meeting domestic industry-leading standards. The production capacity includes 2 billion tablets, 600 million capsules, and 500 million bags of granules annually.
Six Major Pharmaceutical Production Lines
Oral Solid Dosage
Equipped mainly with advanced imported machinery, the entire process is fully automated for intelligent material handling. The full production cycle can be completed within 24 hours. This line ranks among the most efficient and advanced in China, with an annual capacity of 4.5 billion tablets and 1 billion capsules.
Oral Liquid Dosage
This line features top-tier automation and process control, integrating oral liquid washing, drying, filling, capping, automatic inspection, labeling, packaging, and sealing into a seamless production flow. It boasts high speed, large output, and stable quality. The facility includes two production lines with a combined annual capacity of 300 million units.
Small-Volume Injection
Comprising non-terminal sterilized ampoule, terminal sterilized ampoule, and non-terminal sterilized penicillin (freeze-dried) workshops, all featuring advanced domestic equipment and fully automated operations to ensure stable and controllable quality. Annual capacities reach 150 million non-terminal sterilized ampoules, 45 million non-terminal sterilized penicillin (including freeze-dried), and 45 million terminal sterilized ampoules.
Special Dosage Form
This line handles the commercial production of special dosage forms, including microspheres, osmotic pumps, and hot-melt extrusion. The key production and inspection equipment meet the leading standards in China. The line offers high standardization as well as continuous and flexible manufacturing capabilities.
API
The line includes workshops for general APIs, oncology APIs, and hydrogenation, with more than ten product lines available. It supports the transfer and landing of research and development products and the production of APIs for marketed products. The workshop is equipped with an OEB4-level material isolation system and DCS control systems, capable of meeting the requirements for various stages and batch sizes of API production, with an annual capacity of over 70 tons.
Intelligent TCM Extraction
This intelligent extraction line uses the most advanced automated control systems in China, enabling real-time production data monitoring, collection, and analysis. The entire process is monitored and controlled online, enabling the extraction of up to 3,000 tons of Chinese medicinal herbs annually.
